PRIVACY POLICY
Innovation Cloud SARL, Rue de l’industrie 15, L-8069 Bertrange, Luxembourg (the Company or We, Our, Us) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals (Users or You, Your) who register to use the Company’s application. This Privacy Policy governs Company’s privacy practices in relation to the use of the Company’s application. This policy also governs how we handle the information regarding data collection, processing and usage practice when you use Pegasus application. By using our application, you understand and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your information.
This application is property of company ANHEUSER – BUSCH INBEV SA/NV, Brouwerijplein 1, Leuven 3000, Belgium (AB InBev, They), based on a Software as a Service license, delivered by Innovation Cloud SARL, and only AB InBev’s employees can access them and his vendors. If you are not specifically authorized to access on this system, and if you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use this application

Use of Pegasus application
Pegasus is web based and mobile application for innovation management and project management, with advanced overview and reports, using large amounts of data.
Information we collect
Access to Pegasus application can be acquired in two ways:
1. Users that already exists in Anheuser-Busch InBev Single Sign On (SSO) system
If visitor exists in Anheuser-Busch InBev Directory - SSO system, and tries to access Pegasus system, user will be redirected to Identity Provider login page where user will enter login credentials. Identity provider will automatically provide user’s full name and user’s email address. Name and email are going to be stored in Pegasus system and user account will be enabled in Pegasus system. User is than redirected to the Pegasus system.
2. Manual request
User can manually request access to Pegasus. Pegasus administrator will enter full name and email address which are going to be stored in Pegasus system. An email is going to be sent automatically, containing URL that leads to Account activation page in Pegasus. When clicking on URL, user will be redirected to Identity Provider login page where user will enter login credentials. Identity provider will verify user’s email address and enable user account in Pegasus. User is than redirected to Pegasus system.
Mobile application access
When user enters password on Pegasus mobile application login page, we forward that password to AB InBev Identity Provider along with an email. We never store passwords on mobile device or in browser cookie.
User’s password or usage data are not stored in the Pegasus system.
Who processes your personal data?
The data controller for the processing of your personal data in the context of the Pegasus application is Anheuser-Busch InBev and only They can view your personal data. We just get confirmation on whether you can access application or not, and your name, surname and email.
We use your personal data for your participation in the Pegasus program, as well as for contacting you. We collect this information to allow you to access Pegasus application.
Use of personal information
We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. The Company use data to provide you with personalized experience on Pegasus system and we will not send, distribute or use in any other way.
We reserve the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
All other data in the system, that is not your full name or email address is considered a property of AB InBev.
Retention of information
Your participation in the Pegasus application is voluntary. Your Personal information will be kept as long as you have a relationship with AB InBev or as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or communicated in any other way, and may be kept during the applicable legal statute of limitations.
You can request account deletion any time you want. If Innovation Cloud support receives such request, Desk admin will request additional confirmation from a user, and if confirmed your account will be deleted from Pegasus system. Account deletion means that your full name and email address, as only personal data that exists in Pegasus, are going to be completely removed from Pegasus system. Deletion of your account by Pegasus Administrators is possible and it also means deletion of your full name and email address from the Pegasus system.
You can modify your inaccurate Personal data any time by editing your user profile online.
If you delete application on your mobile, Your user account will still exist.
Cookies
We may also collect information through the use of information gathering tools, such as cookies. The Company uses cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Pegasus application easier (save information as which language user use). When you visit Abi Pegasus application, the Company’s servers send a cookie. Cookies as such do not personally identify you.
Security of your personal information
The Company uses a variety of appropriate, security technologies and procedures to protect client personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All personal information is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures to protect data about Users at all times.
You will receive an individual username and password to access your account, but they are not stored in Pegasus system. You can change this password at any time.
We do not share or sell your personal information collected from the application with anyone outside of AB InBev, AB InBev subsidiaries or consultants without your express permission.
How to access and control your personal data
You have the following data protection rights:
You can access, correct, update or delete of your personal information.
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information.
You may update or change your Personal information at any time by editing your user profile online. You may also request to delete Your personal information in which case You will not be able to use Our Services. If user request to delete data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
In the case of a personal data breach, we will without undue delay and, if it is possible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority. If the notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, we have to explain the reasons for the delay. We document any personal data breaches, comprising the facts relating to the personal data breach, its effects and the remedial action taken.
